Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. This page lists the cookies we use and how to control them.

Essential cookies

Required for the site to work — for example keeping an admin session. These do not require consent.

Cloudflare may set cookies strictly necessary for security, to tell legitimate traffic from abuse. Those are likewise exempt from consent.

Consent management cookie

The Google script on the site sets the FCCDCF cookie, which records your consent choices. It is a technical cookie belonging to the consent mechanism itself and is not used to profile you or to select ads.

Your statistics choice is stored locally by the browser instead (localStorage, key cwo.analytics-consent.v2): it is not a cookie, it is never sent over the network and it is not shared with anyone.

Measurement and advertising cookies

With your consent Google Analytics 4 sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, kept for at most 180 days, used to count visits and tell visitors apart in aggregate. Without consent no Google Analytics script is loaded.

The site shows no advertising and uses no profiling cookies. When advertising is switched on, Google AdSense and partner cookies will be set only after consent, collected through a Google-certified consent management platform.

Managing cookies

The banner at the bottom of the page records your statistics choice, and you can change or withdraw it at any time from "Analytics preferences": on withdrawal the _ga cookies are removed from the browser and measurement stops.

You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may stop working.
